Refund policy

At K.Micheel Candle Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality products with care.  Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement. 

To process your claim, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once phots are reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. 

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Used products
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Scent preference or personal dislike
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
