Thank you for shopping with K.Michelle Candle Co. All of our products are crafted in small batches, and we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During Holidays, new releases, or market seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at check out based on your location and order size. Delivery time depends on the carrier, typically 3-7 business days within the U.S.
K.Michelle Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, or any shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
one your order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your pack is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Phots of the damage items and packaging are required for a refund or replacement.
